WFF SA champs to be hosted in Bloem are calling for sponsors

By Lihle Daniso

The WFF (World Fitness Federation) of South Africa will be hosting a bodybuilding competition at the Bains Lodge in Bloemfontein on November 26-27 later this year.

he federation gives South African bodybuilding athletes an opportunity to showcase their talent and participate in competitions, not only locally but they also give them the chance to represent South Africa internationally.  The president of the federation, Hende Mari, gives her own time and money to help promote the sport. They have in the past hosted the Bloemfontein Classic at the annual Bfn show and the NABBA/WFF Free state and Northern Cape Provincials. Thabie Mpalami, Free State Head of executive board member, was also once a competitor and got the opportunity to compete abroad with the help of the federation. He also mentioned that the sport helps build self-discipline and a strong mind set.

The bodybuilding industry has proven to have a positive impact on the youth of the country, and it also gives them the chance to live healthier lifestyles and helps keep them away from substance abuse and doing wrong.

Though this is a good cause, the WFF has no sponsorships, and therefore appeal to companies and individuals for sponsorships. They are mainly seeking a business that has an interest in the sport and being a part of changing the lives of young aspiring bodybuilders. This is a great way for a business to get exposure and greater market share.

To sponsor or for more information you can contact, Thabie Mpalami, the Free State WFF Head of executive board member on 082 ‪716 9835‬.
